Humanistische Lebenskunde an der ASG

An unserer Schule wird Humanistische Lebenskunde als freiwilliges Fach unterrichtet, das in Berliner Schulen gleichberechtigt neben dem Religionsunterricht angeboten wird. Ziel dieses Unterrichts ist es, weltlich-humanistische Lebensorientierungen zu vermitteln, gestützt auf wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse über Natur und Gesellschaft.

Im Unterricht stehen individuelle Erfahrungen und Gedanken der Schülerinnen und Schüler im Mittelpunkt. Sie werden ermutigt, über sich selbst und die Welt nachzudenken und Standpunkte aus nichtreligiöser, humanistischer Sicht zu entwickeln. Der Rahmenlehrplan für Humanistische Lebenskunde umfasst drei Themenfelder, die altersgerecht im Unterricht angepasst werden: Persönlichkeitsentwicklung im sozialen Umfeld, Verantwortung für Natur und Gesellschaft sowie Weltorientierung und Sinngebung. Im Fach Humanistische Lebenskunde gibt es keine Noten.

Der Unterricht steht allen Schülerinnen und Schülern offen. Für Schüler*innen unter 14 Jahren ist eine schriftliche Anmeldung der Erziehungsberechtigten erforderlich. 

Die Durchführung und Gestaltung des Faches Humanistische Lebenskunde obliegt dem Humanistischen Verband Deutschlands, Landesverband Berlin-Brandenburg KdöR. Er qualifiziert die Lehrkräfte, erteilt die Unterrichtsbeauftragung und übt die Fach- und Dienstaufsicht aus.
