AG Schwimmen

Gold, Silber, Bronze… oder vielleicht zuerst das Seepferdchen?

Alle Berliner Schulkinder haben die Gelegenheit während der Grundschulzeit das Schwimmen zu erlernen. Darüber hinaus bieten wenige Schulen eine AG Schwimmen an, um die Kinder mit sehr guten Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten im Schwimmen, Tauchen, Springen und Rettungsschwimmen weiter zu fördern und ihnen somit die Teilnahme an den unterschiedlichsten Schwimmwettkämpfen im Bezirk oder Berlin zu ermöglichen.

Zu diesen Schulen gehört die Alt-Schmargendorf-Grundschule, die dieses Angebot seit Jahren unterbreitet.

Ab der Klasse 1 weisen wir alle Eltern auf die kostenlose Möglichkeit hin, während der Sommerferien bereits erste Erfahrungen mit dem Element Wasser zu sammeln, um damit die Vorfreude auf den Schwimmunterricht in Klasse 3 zu wecken.

Das Ergebnis unserer Arbeit ist dann zufrieden stellend, wenn alle Kinder zum Ende der Klasse 3 schwimmen können und  ein hoher Prozentsatz der Kinder stolz mit dem Deutschen Jugend Schwimmpass in Bronze, Silber oder Gold in die nächste Klasse startet. Bisher ist uns dies mit Erfolg gelungen.
