Sportlich, fair, sonnig

Unter diesem Motto fanden die diesjährigen Bundesjugendspiele der Alt-Schmargendorf-Grundschule auf dem Hubertussportplatz statt. Bereits zum zweiten Mal traten die Kinder nicht mehr in Einzelwertung gegeneinander an, sondern sammelten Punkte im Klassenverband. Diese neue Art des Wettbewerbs rückte das Gemeinschaftsgefühl stärker in den Mittelpunkt.

Wie schon im vergangenen Jahr wurde auch diesmal wieder sportlich um Zonen gekämpft – ein Bewertungssystem, das nicht nur die Erfassung der Leistungen erleichtert, sondern auch für kürzere Wartezeiten sorgt. Dadurch konnten alle Kinder zügig in den verschiedenen Disziplinen ihr Können zeigen, ohne lange Pausen in Kauf nehmen zu müssen. Die gewonnene Zeit und Energie nutzten viele anschließend auf dem Fußballfeld, das für freien Spielbetrieb geöffnet war.

Neben sportlichem Einsatz kam auch die Verpflegung nicht zu kurz: Der Förderverein sorgte erneut für frisches Obst und gesunde Snacks. Für den kleinen Hunger am Nachmittag stand zudem ein Grillstand bereit.

Ein großes Dankeschön gilt allen helfenden Händen an den Stationen. Mit viel Bewegung, Begeisterung und Gemeinschaftssinn war auch diese zweite Auflage der Bundesjugendspiele in neuem Format ein schöner Erfolg und mit Vorfreude schauen wir schon auf das nächste Mal.
