Wer liest noch? - Natürlich wir! Unter diesem Motto machten sich buchbegeisterte Schülerinnen auf den Weg zur Leipziger Buchmesse, um Teil von den über 280.000 Besucherinnen zu sein, die neugierig in vielfältige Bücherwelten eintauchten. Bereits auf der kurzweiligen Busfahrt wurden Pläne geschmiedet, für welche Bücher das Taschengeld ausgegeben wird. Angekommen auf dem Messegelände staunten wir nicht schlecht, über die großen Hallen, die zahlreichen Messestände und das vielfältige Publikum. Besonders in Halle 1, dem Ort der Manga Comic Con, wurde es bunt. Fantasievoll verkleidete Cosplayer schwirrten umher. Auch unsere Schülerinnen eroberten Schritt für Schritt und Halle für Halle das Messegelände. In der Halle für Kinder- und Jugendbücher wurden neue Titel eingekauft und stolz vorgestellt. Gleich darauf setzten sich einige in die Glashalle und fingen an zu lesen, während andere weiter an den Ständen stöberten. Mit vielen schönen Eindrücken und neuen Büchern im Gepäck ging es wieder zurück nach Berlin. Nächstes Schuljahr steht die Leipziger Buchmesse wieder im Kalender.
