Willkommen in der Oase

Eigentlich war es schon vor den Sommerferien klar, aber dennoch hat es bis zum Schuljahresbeginn gedauert, ehe wir vier neue, diesmal junge Hühner in unserer Oase einziehen ließen. Hierfür musste nämlich zunächst einmal der Stall nachgerüstet werden. An einem Sonntag trafen sich daher einige Kolleginnen in der Oase und schaufelten, was das Zeug hielt. Als der Sand erst einmal draußen war, wurde der Boden des Außenstalls fachmännisch mit Draht ausgelegt, festgeschraubt und mit Pflanzsteinen beschwert. Danach wurde der Sand wieder hineingeschaufelt und auch an anderen Stellen wurde nachgebessert. Und am 29. August war es dann soweit und vier Hühner vom Geflügelhof Saballus zogen bei uns ein. Dieses Mal haben wir uns bewusst für vier unterschiedliche Rassen und damit Farben entschieden, damit alle ASGler*innen unsere Hühner auch auseinanderhalten können. Ein erstes, kleines Ei durften wir auch schon bewundern. Herzlich Willkommen also an Tamara (Bovan schwarz), Gloria (Sperber), Bruni (Araucaner) und Hildegard (Leghorn weiß).
